it dawn on me that i need to work out even more often especially during these 3 weeks of holiday including the one week that has been extended. im afraid that when school has already reopen later,i'd have to lug out all of the lards around and inside my body as i walk. and the students would definitely will notice the changes. hahahaha :0 BESIDES that,i would likely to make a change as i am very tired of them trying to comment on my body figure. but i could take it in a positive way you see,as ive been living with them for many years already. 

oh yeah,i find the jonas brothers band are disgusting. when they sing,their voices sounded as if it got stucked in between their throat. hahahahhahaa.
